Leyda Rosé 2018 sobresale con medalla de bronze en «Global Rosé Masters 2019»
Se dieron a conocer recientemente los resultados de los ganadores de la última versión de los “Global Rosé Masters 2019”, importante competencia de degustación organizada por el prestigioso medio británico, The Drinks Business, oportunidad donde Leyda Rosé 2018 obtuvo Medalla de Bronce.
Esta nueva versión de los “Global Rosé Masters” tomó lugar el pasado 16 de abril en la ciudad de Londres, Inglaterra. Instancia donde un importante panel de expertos compuesto por los Master of Wine, Patrick Schmitt, Jonathan Pedley y Patricia Stefanowicz, además de los especialistas en el mundo del vino, Andrea Briccarello y Tobias Gorn, quienes tuvieron la oportunidad de degustar a ciegas y evaluar a más de doscientos exponentes de las mejores bodegas del mundo.
En esta oportunidad, Leyda Rosé 2018 – vino elaborado a base de Pinot Noir, el cual muestra un carácter expresivo, fresco y jugoso, fiel reflejo de su origen- fue galardonado con Medalla de Bronce en la categoría “Still unoaked dry rosé (4 g/l or lower) continued” en el segmento de precios de los £15 a £20.
Cabe destacar, que bajo artículo “Beyond the pale” escrito por el Master of Wine, Patrick Schmitt, se deja en claro que esta categoría de vinos es emergente pero dinámica, sin embargo destaca el interés y el desafío de los productores de vinos del mundo, de elaborar vinos que son frescos, delicados, y al mismo tiempo, maduros y suaves.
Excelente reconocimiento para la viña costera más premiada de Chile, la cual a través de este importante reconocimiento sigue demostrando su consistencia enológica a través de vinos que reflejan mineralidad, frescura y vibrancia, tras posicionarse como el único Rosé chileno en recibir una mención en esta importante competencia internacional.
