CABERNET SAUVIGNON, Belloto Vineyard
Maipo Valley

Cabernet Sauvignon Single Vineyard comes from a vineyard located in San Bernardo, in the upper part of Maipo Valley, worldwide famous for its perfect climate conditions for red wines.

Low yield and controlled irrigation deficit during maturation, together with specific characteristics the Maipo Valley's terroir, supply us with excellent quality grapes, necessary to achieve a full and concentrated wine.

Fermentation is controlled in order to obtain structure and body in the wine but is gentle in the extraction of only ripe and soft tannins. The idea is to keep the character of Alto Maipo but not over ripe and over extract the skins. The wine is aged in french oak barrels for 12 months before bottling.

The result is a complex and elegant Cabernet Sauvignon, with a stylish character and notes of red berries, leather and tobacco. In the palate is wide, fresh and velvety.
