Refined, ripe citrus character combined with almond and mineral aromas and fine, integrated oak notes. Fresh in the mouth, with a creamy texture and lively acidity adding crispness and length to the wine.

Phalaris is a type of grass that particularly grows in the dry coastal lands in central and southern Chile. It begins to grow with the first rains of fall. During the summer, it turns a greenish-yellow color very similar to that of our Chardonnay.
