RESERVA CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Maipo Valley

Classic Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a single vineyard located in the highest part of Maipo Valley, worldwide famous for its perfect climate conditions for red wines.

Low yield and controlled irrigation deficit during maturation, together with proper characteristics of Maipo Valley's terroir, supply us excellent quality grapes, necessary to achieve a full and concentrated wine.

After a gentle fermentation, the wine is left over lees and skins for an additional 10 days in order to get structure and body. Then, the wine is aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. New oak is not used in this wine in order to keep the character of it.

Classic Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is elegant and fine on the nose, with fresh red berry aromas, leather and an earthy note. On the mouth, it has a wide velvety palate, good
volume and soft and mature tannins.
